    This instrument can efficiently process asphalt and aggregate samples weighing 120 lb (54.4 kg) and above, producing highly representative test samples and ensuring stable and reliable test results. It has been fully verified in practical applications to effectively reduce sampling errors during sample preparation.


    During operation, bulk asphalt or aggregate samples are placed into the hopper. When the operating handle is released, the material passes through the splitting mechanism and is evenly distributed into four galvanized steel collection buckets. The instrument features a rugged two-section steel structure, offering high durability for field use, while allowing easy cleaning and flexible transportation between job sites. Regular cleaning and maintenance are recommended to prevent material accumulation on the splitting surfaces and maintain optimal equipment performance.
