Common questions about training.
Tell us your instrument model, number of operators, preferred window, and whether you want the session at our plant in China or at your site. We return a detailed written quote within one business day. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately when outside our plant.
A one-off per instrument. No per-viewer charge, no renewal, no expiry — everyone at your site can watch it, including new hires next year. It does not include hands-on coaching: if you want an engineer correcting your operators' hands on the spot, that's the on-site program.
Yes, and it usually saves the most time. Your team comes to our plant and trains on the instrument already prepared for your order — or on the same model if yours is still being built. They go home able to run it, so the machine produces data day-one instead of sitting idle.
Two things: the value of the instrument, and how demanding its test method is — how many steps, how much sample prep, how many parameters must be set correctly before a result means anything. We tell you which tier when we quote.
That's what one-to-one coaching is for. The instructor teaches to the room rather than a script: newer operators get fundamentals slowed down, experienced users get parameter depth and failure modes.
For compatible third-party equipment, we provide standards-based guidance and general operating principles. Specific repair and part-level troubleshooting are limited to Tianpeng product families.
