The Vibratory Disc Mill is suitable for the extremely quick, loss-free and fine grinding of medium-hard, hard, brittle, fibrous, and elastic materials with larger particle sizes to analytical fineness and purity. Dry grinding, wet grinding, cryogenic grinding, vacuum or inert gas protection grinding can be carried out.

Dry grinding, wet grinding, cryogenic grinding, vacuum or inert gas protection grinding can be carried out.
The sample loaded into the grinding disc set is squeezed, collided and rubbed under the action of high-speed circular motion. The particle size change of the sample from 15 mm to 20 microns can be completed in 3-5 minutes, and the purity of the sample can be fully guaranteed.
Vibratory disc (cup) mills work by using the squeezing, impacting and frictional forces generated in motion. Grinding kits are fastened to the vibrating base plate by means of quick locking devices. The vibrating base plate and grinding kit make a circular vibratory motion on a horizontal plane. The abrasive elements in the grinding cup generate considerable pressure, impact and friction on the abrasive through this vibratory motion, thereby achieving fineness requirements within 1 to 3 minutes. A safety lock is designed in the closed and soundproof grinding chamber, which can only be opened when the instrument is in a stationary state.
