FZL-M

It performs a pull-off test on a specific area of coating through hydraulic pressure. The pull-off force can be accurately displayed through a digital display and has two different unit options: MPa and psi. It is widely used to test the adhesion between different coatings in some concrete base coatings, anti-corrosion coatings or multi-coat systems.

· Internal storage of pull-off data, including maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time and pull-off dolly size;
· The pull-off rate display makes it easier for the operator to observe and adjust the pull-off rate;
· Users can select the size of the pull-off unit and change the measurement unit or save the reading just by pressing the button;
· No conversion table is needed, the instrument automatically calculates the pull-off force according to the pull-off unit size;
· The pull-off unit uses low-cost and high-quality aluminum dollies that meet international standards. It does not need to be cleaned and reused, and can be used for long-term record keeping;
· The aluminum automatic centering pull-off unit ensures that the pull-off force applies on the test surface evenly when testing on smooth or uneven surfaces, preventing unilateral pull-off;
· Advanced industrial pressure sensors ensure continuity of accuracy;
· LCD display, with two units: MPa or psi.
